A processing credit is used when a request is made to load a web page. Additional charges for image and file downloads, premium harvesting, document conversions, storage overages, and additional user accounts apply. Annual subscription plans will automatically renew after 1 year unless canceled. No refunds will be given for failure to cancel the account before the bill date. Unused subscription plan processing credits roll over for one additional year. Processing credits are non-refundable and non-transferable and can be used as long as your account is active.
